Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with provincial regulatory college.

• Mentoring and clinic involvement to support team development.
• 1–2+ years of clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care.
• Mentor and lead within clinic as assigned.
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
