Paramount Physiotherapy is seeking a patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our clinic team. You will provide hands-on massage therapy tailored to patient needs and goals, and collaborate with physiotherapists on integrated care plans.

We value a CMTO‑registered professional who communicates clearly, educates patients on prevention, documents care accurately, and builds a steady caseload with referrals.

Qualifications

• CMTO registration and in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and other practitioners on integrated care plans.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and self‑care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Build and manage your own caseload with support from clinic referrals.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic environment.
