Elevate Sports Recovery & Performance is a rapidly growing sports and wellness destination, offering a fusion of scientifically backed recovery therapies with the luxury of a spa. As a sister company to Elite Sports Injury physiotherapy clinics, we help active individuals—from marathoners to busy professionals—recover, recharge, and elevate their performance.

Our signature Wellness Circuit includes cutting-edge services like compression therapy, infrared sauna, contrasting hydrotherapy, and massage therapy— it’s perfect for post-workout recovery or stress relief.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

– Is registered and an active member with a recognized association in Manitoba (MTAM, NHPC, RMTSMB).

– Has a passion for sports, wellness, and holistic health.

– Is friendly, welcoming, and committed to creating an amazing client experience.

– Enjoys collaborating with a team and is excited to learn and grow.

– Brings excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

– Has experience in therapeutic and relaxation massage (sports massage is a plus!).

– Is familiar with Mindbody Software or similar booking platforms (or willing to learn!).

SCHEDULE

– Casual, Part-Time, Full-Time positions available. Current available shifts include:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:40 PM
• Tuesday: 2:40 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 2:40 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:40 PM
• Friday: 2:40 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:40 AM – 3:00 PM (alternating with other RMTs)
