We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Fortify. As a Massage Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in providing treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our patients. Your expertise will help individuals on their journey toward improved health and vitality.

• Current registration and license to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist in Manitoba.
• Degree or diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Other “nice to have” skills :

• Experience in developing and implementing self-care strategies for clients.
• Familiarity with complementary therapies that enhance the effectiveness of massage therapy.
• A background in trauma-informed care or experience working with diverse populations is highly valued.
