Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in body massage, facials, and skincare

Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.

Communicate with guests during massages to adjust techniques as required.

Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use.

Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations.

Prepare guest consultation. Be thoroughly familiar and able to recommend Spa products and treatments

Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service.

Attend all scheduled meetings, classes, and training sessions; knowledge required within the Spa must be passed on to co-workers.

Qualifications:

Licensed RMT with minimum 2 years experience (required).
