Job summary

Qualifications

• ECE diploma and OC ECE registration are required.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Fluency in Inuktitut is an asset.
• Experience with Inuit or Indigenous communities preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a high quality, culturally-based early years program.
• Create weekly curriculum plans and document child progress.
