Job summary

BrightPath Georgetown, Ontario is seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our Georgetown centre. You will work alongside teachers and families to provide a home-like environment and deliver a BrightPath curriculum that supports child development and safety.

You will assess children's interests, collaborate with staff and parents, participate in meetings and professional development, and help maintain a clean, organized classroom.

Qualifications

• RECE and in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Immunization and health assessment as per local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a program aligned with BrightPath curriculum to support child development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Assess abilities, interests and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and staff.
• Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers, management and families.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
