Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs aligned with BrightPath’s curriculum to support children's development.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Assess children's abilities, interests, and needs; discuss progress with parents and staff.
• Collaborate with coworkers, management, and families.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE.
• Meet provincial requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Up-to-date immunization and health assessment as per health regulations.
