Experience you Bring & Qualifications
- Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree from a recognized university dietetic program.
- Successful completion of a dietetic internship practicum in clinical nutrition, population health, and nutrition management.
- Passed the National Competence Examination (Canadian Dietitian Registration Exam).
- Registration with the College of Registered Dietitians for Alberta
- Clinical experience in primary healthcare
The Role: Registered Dietitian Calgary
- Provide counseling and coaching services to clients in alignment with their personalized health plans.
- Collaborate with clients and the healthcare team to support the development and execution of client-specific health plans.
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to determine appropriate interventions.
- Review client charts, lab results, and referrals to prepare for consultations.
- Prepare detailed reports on clients’ health status, including test and assessment outcomes.
- Tailor individualized care plans to address each client’s unique nutritional needs.
- Educate and coach clients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care strategies.
- Empower clients and their families to actively engage in goal setting and action planning for improved health outcomes.

Salary: $44.00-$50.00 per hour
