Overview

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeableRegistered Dietitianto join our healthcare team. This role plays a vital part in promoting health and wellness through evidence-based nutritional care. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess their dietary needs, develop customized nutrition plans, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their health goals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough nutritional assessments, taking into account medical history, lifestyle, and dietary preferences.
• Develop and implement personalized meal plans aligned with clients' health goals and medical conditions.
• Educate clients on nutrition principles, healthy eating habits, and food choices.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to nutrition plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster a positive and supportive client experience.
• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and dietary guidelines in the field of nutrition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an accredited institution.
• Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
• Previous experience in clinical or community nutrition settings is an asset.
• Proficiency in using computers for documentation and communication.
• Experience with EMR systems is beneficial.
• Bilingualism is an asset and enhances our ability to serve a diverse client population.
