Job description

Are you interested in being a part of a team in the exciting and interesting field of orthodontics? We are currently seeking an RDH with ortho experience to join our team.

Ideal candidates will have a positive and enthusiastic demeanor and enjoy working with both children and adults.

Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 8:10am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide dental hygiene functions as directed by the doctor
• Clinical duties including bonding brackets, repositioning and repairing, changing wires, debonding brackets, removing excess cement, retainer insertions, retainer/appliance adjustments, and cementing bands
• Provide patients with oral hygiene instruction
• Take scans, x-rays, intra-oral and extra-oral photos if required
• Coordinate charting procedures
• Follow clinical protocols including IPAC and Health & Safety policies
• Other duties may be required
