Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile
• Ensure patients are well informed and comfortable before, during, and after treatment
• Take and process dental radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and equipment
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric environment

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more months of practical experience as a pediatric dental assistant
• CPR or BCLS certification
• Completion of a CODA-accredited dental assisting program (preferred)
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Technical skills for software used in charting, records, scheduling, etc.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for professional growth
• Organized with a strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
