Job summary

Smiles Dental Group in Edmonton is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists across a wide range of procedures and to deliver exceptional patient care. You will help create a positive patient experience, maintain an efficient clinical environment, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence.

The role requires chairside assistance, radiography, infection control, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed with CADA and registered with the CDAA.
• Experience with Dentrix dental software is an asset.
• Commitment to infection prevention protocols.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures.
• Taking digital radiographs and assisting with diagnostics.
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection prevention protocols.
• Providing patient education and post-treatment instructions.

Compensation

$30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance bonuses.
