Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) for a 6-month contract with potential to become permanent. The role involves designing and implementing evidence-based behavioural intervention plans to support adults, with flexible full- or part-time options.

You will conduct FBAs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to build skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Health, Social or Behavioural Sciences, or a related field.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
• Experience with ABA; adults is an asset.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis.
• Reliable vehicle for travel to other office locations.

Location: Oakville, ON
Compensation: $35/hr - $42/hr
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | 6-Month Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)

Hours: 3days/week 8:30am-4:30pm 1day/week 7-3 1day/week 11-7

About the Role

As an RBA, you will design and implement evidence-based behavioural intervention plans to support individuals with developmental or behavioural challenges. Working collaboratively with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary team, you will help individuals build skills, foster independence, and improve their quality of life.
