Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Oakville, ON for a 6-month contract with potential for full-time hire. The role focuses on designing and implementing evidence-based behavioural intervention plans for adults, with collaboration across clients, families and an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, are in good standing with the Ontario College, and bring strong assessment, planning, and data-analysis

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
  • Master’s degree in Education, Health, Social or Behavioural Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience with ABA—experience with adults is an asset but not required.
  • Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis.
  • Reliable vehicle required for occasional travel to other office locations.

  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized intervention plans.
  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure effective treatment.

Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)

Location: Oakville, ON

Compensation: $35/hr - $42/hr

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | 6-Month Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)

Hours: 3days/week 8:30am-4:30pm 1day/week 7-3 1day/week 11-7 occasional Sat (roughly 1 in every 6 weeks)

About The Role

As an RBA, you will design and implement evidence-based behavioural intervention plans to support individuals with developmental or behavioural challenges. Working collaboratively with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary team, you will help individuals build skills, foster independence, and improve their quality of life.
