Job summary

Right Traffic is seeking a Regional Field Trainer to lead employee development across a 100-mile region, certifying new hires in ATSSA standards, and coordinating training records and materials. You will mentor Field Supervisors to enhance consistency and safety in traffic control operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, program development, and collaboration with multiple offices, with occasional after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and present information clearly.
• Experience coordinating training records, budgets and attendance reporting.
• Familiarity with ATSSA and traffic control standards.
• Ability to develop training materials and foster a learning environment.
• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, implement and certify new employees in ATSSA, Right Traffic policies and safety standards via in-person and virtual training programs and workshops
• Coordinate training plans and complete administrative tasks relating to training records, budget and attendance reporting
• Perform evaluations to identify areas of improvement by monitoring employee performance of Traffic Controllers and Field Supervisors
• Observe work zones with Field Supervisors to coach and develop Field Supervisors to increase job knowledge and consistency
• Design applicable training materials to promote employee development and foster a learning environment
• Provide support to local and surrounding offices when required by Operations; work may fall outside of normal business hours
• Other job duties as assigned
