BGO is seeking a Regional Technical Services Manager to elevate performance, safety, and reliability across its Calgary portfolio. You will provide technical leadership, advance compliance programs, and drive data-driven maintenance strategies in a multi-site environment.
Based onsite in Calgary, AB, you will partner with Asset Management, Sustainability, and Construction Services to protect asset value and ensure regulatory alignment.
Reporting to the Senior Director of National Technical Services, the Regional Technical Services Manager plays a critical role in elevating the performance, safety, and reliability of BGO’s property portfolio.The primary function of the Technical Services lead is to provide technical expertise and advanced compliance in building operations integrity, environmental health & safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence, by promoting proactive maintenance, innovative technologies and data-driven performance management. Partnering closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Sustainability, and Construction Services, to protect and enhance asset value, ensuring regulatory compliance, and manage technical and environmental risk across the portfolio. This role ensures that all BGO properties operate consistently at or above market standards as defined by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Rental Housing Canada (RHC), and inaccordance with national regulatory requirements.
This is an onsite position located in Calgary, AB.
