The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales operations across Western Canada, driving growth in the automotive distribution sector. Overseeing a team of Field Sales Representatives, this role focuses on executing regional strategies, achieving sales targets, and building lasting client relationships. By leveraging trends such as electric vehicle components and digital performance tools, the manager will expand market share, enhance customer success, and maximize revenue.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Hybrid environment combining remote work with frequent travel across the regional territory (e.g., Western Canada, or Quebec for occasional in-office meetings at company headquarters).
Involves extensive driving and travel, which may include long hours on the road; occasional lifting of sales materials or product samples up to 20 pounds; ability to stand or walk during client visits, presentations, or industry events.
