Primary Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Ontario Specialty Business Performance

Translate performance drivers, company, and brand objectives into a comprehensive business plan for Ontario and Atlantic respiratory specialty business.

Model and coach teams to develop a competitive mindset in a dynamic environment.

Set clear expectations, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.

Allocate resources to high-value opportunities.

Engage with key customers and partners to add value.

Encourage innovation and a balanced portfolio of opportunities to exceed targets.

  1. Facilitate and Lead the Ontario Respiratory Sales Team

Drive performance through coaching and building an inclusive, motivated team environment.

Support team growth through targeted coaching, leveraging situational leadership styles.

Promote diversity and foster a culture of business ownership and accountability.

  1. Lead by Example and Uphold GSK Values

Model behaviors aligned with GSK’s culture, including ambition, accountability, and integrity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and manage expenses effectively.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 1 year as a Front-Line Sales Leader
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in omnichannel customer engagement
  • Strong strategic ownership skills
  • Understanding of Ontario respiratory market dynamics
  • Ability to translate sales strategies into team development
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within Ontario and Atlantic provinces
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with respiratory biologics and product launches
  • Expertise in territory analysis and healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
