Primary Responsibilities- Deliver Ontario Specialty Business Performance
- Develop a business plan for Ontario and Atlantic Respiratory Specialty by translating performance drivers, company, and brand strategies
- Model and coach teams to maintain a competitive mindset in a dynamic environment
- Set clear expectations, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
- Allocate resources to high-value opportunities
- Identify business accelerators and connect different parts of the business
- Engage with key customers and partners to add value
- Encourage innovation and risk-taking, building a balanced portfolio of opportunities
- Lead and facilitate the Ontario Respiratory Sales Team
- Drive team performance through coaching and fostering an inclusive environment
- Support team development through targeted coaching based on capability assessments
- Use various leadership styles to facilitate and guide the team
- Promote diversity within teams
- Create an environment of motivation and engagement
- Model business ownership and foster GSK’s culture and values
- Advocate for patient-centric and accountable team behaviors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage expenses effectively
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience as a Front-Line Sales Leader
- At least 1 year of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry with tactical planning
- Proficiency in omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experience
- Strong strategic business ownership skills
- Good understanding of Ontario respiratory market dynamics
- Ability to upskill sales representatives across various skill levels
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Ontario and Atlantic provinces
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with product launches and expertise in respiratory and biologics
- Knowledge of territory and organizational analysis
- Understanding of the evolving healthcare environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and agility
- Ability to challenge the status quo, manage ambiguity, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
