The Regional Sales Director’s responsibilities include conducting face-to-face meetings with distributor principles and their management teams, as well as their customers, new dealers, and sales teams to promote company products and services. The role involves approving distributor pricing rebates and program requests, resolving market conflicts between Goodman distribution channels in shared territories, and growing overall market share. The director will also travel to attend trade shows, open houses, and other promotional events. The primary goal is to grow the region exponentially through consultation and education of distributor principles, senior staff, marketing, and sales teams, providing support to help distribution reach their plan goals.
