Job summary

Lysander Funds Limited in Vancouver is seeking a Coordinator, Sales to support our Sales Teams across Western Canada. This full-time role focuses on managing advisor communications and helping grow relationships with existing and prospective Investment Advisors in the region.

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales Operations, you will collaborate with marketing, compliance, and CRM teams, develop presentations, and help prioritize activities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma or undergraduate degree required.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry, including products and regulations.
• Good organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• High quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support sales territories through inbound and outbound advisor communications.
• Work closely with the sales teams to proactively manage schedules and priorities.
• Assist in the development of presentations and marketing kits.
• Support the administration of CRM software and other programs.
• Support marketing and compliance efforts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
