Job summary

Tree of Life Canada ULC in Surrey, BC is seeking an organized Administrative & Sales Support specialist to assist the Regional Customer Development team. You will coordinate promotional tracking and manage key portals, while supporting cross‑functional teams.

A university degree in business or marketing and 1 year in a CPG environment are preferred. Strong English, intermediate Excel, and good communication are required. Base pay CAD 55k–72k with annual bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a CPG environment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative & sales support to Regional Customer Development team.
• Coordinate promotional tracking and attach financial/inventory requirements.
• Manage account portals (Retail Link for Walmart) and internal documents.
• Assist in sales presentations and sell sheets for the team lead.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with field sales, brand, supply chain and customer service.
