Qualifications

• Two years of training experience with ability to develop engaging training plans and facilitate learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Public speaking to groups of varying sizes.
• Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory safety requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Adaptive to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the province as required.
• G Class driver's license with clean record.
• CAT equipment knowledge is an asset.
• Experience monitoring training effectiveness and providing follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety training to internal team members and external customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety and training records for the region.
• Ensure all employee training and legislative requirements are met and documented.
• Develop and deliver engaging, effective training plans and learning materials.
• Work closely with employees to identify strengths and areas for improvement, tailoring learning plans as needed.
• Direct structured learning experiences to support skill development and safe work practices.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide follow-up coaching or retraining as required.
• Inventory, maintain, and distribute training aids, manuals, and learning materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices.
