Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Regional Recruitment Specialist to support recruitment across remote camp sites, coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and arranging interviews. The role involves fly-in/fly-out travel from Edmonton to Nunavut and occasional remote work when off-site.

You will manage applicant tracking, onboarding support, and collaboration with regional managers to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• University Degree or HR Certification is required.
• 2+ years of experience in workforce management, recruiting in remote camps/hospitality, or HR/Recruitment administration.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting procedures and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based systems.
• Flexibility to work outside business hours and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and advertising job postings.
• Pre-screen resumes to evaluate applicant fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Verify credentials and tickets for staff.
• Coordinate pre-employment tests and onboarding support.
• Maintain applicant tracking and staffing data.
• Conduct video and in-person interviews.
• Lead recruitment reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate staff networking and job fairs.
