Job summary

SunSource is seeking an Outside Sales Regional Account Manager to cover a Windsor, ON to London, ON territory. You will maintain accounts, cold call for new business, and manage orders while updating CRM daily with an organized sales plan.

The role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and driving growth in an industrial services environment. Applicants should have relevant sales experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering or 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years industrial sales experience in industrial repair services, electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current customers and obtain new customers in a defined geographic territory.
• Cold call and prospect for new business.
• Manage a book of open orders to inform and satisfy customers.
• Update CRM daily and plan an organized outside sales approach.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels of their organizations.
• Help solve customers' problems and keep industry running.
