We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Supervisor in Ottawa. This role is crucial for providing operations support at the local terminal level and ensuring our day-to-day functions are executed efficiently and effectively.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Operations Supervisor will work directly with the local Terminal Manager. This position is vital for maintaining service standards and operational profitability. You will also serve as the main point of contact for the terminal during the Terminal Manager's absence.
This position is based primarily in an office setting but may require work in dock or yard environments, as well as driving duties as required. The role involves continuous attention to detail, deadline management, and the ability to make split-second decisions.
