Reporting to the Senior Manager – Operations (Alberta and Central Operations), the Regional Operations Manager, Edmonton South (ROM) is responsible for driving the success of the Medicentres business within their region. This includes hands-on management and coaching of the clinic teams to meet quality care, customer service, financial, and operational goals, as well as communicating and implementing the organization’s strategic objectives to the clinics. The ROM also liaises with community partners and stakeholders as required.
Additionally, the ROM, Edmonton South, is responsible for driving the success and growth of the Immigration business within Medicentres, including liaising with immigration physicians, managing immigration teams, and developing the immigration program.
The ROM, Edmonton South, serves as a member of Medicentres’ Leadership team, supporting the organization’s future development.
Direct Reports: Clinic Managers
Indirect Reports: Clinic Staff, Regional Support Staff
Management responsibilities include tracking KPIs, analyzing productivity, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and implementing improvements.
Financial responsibilities involve overseeing regional finances, working with Clinic Managers on reporting and resource management.
Other duties include physician recruitment and retention, community partnership building, business development, and regulatory compliance.
Fluency in French and English is an asset. Other languages are also valued.
