Job summary

Mazergroup Ltd. in Brandon, MB, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead Parts and Service teams, shape regional strategy, and drive profitability across locations.

You will collaborate with dealership leaders to set goals and execute plans that improve performance and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to safety, with travel across Manitoba and Saskatchewan to support operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a senior operational management role.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial results.
  • Experience leading multiple teams and departments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license required.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Parts and Service teams across region across multiple locations.
  • Establish operational goals, expectations, and performance standards.
  • Develop and execute annual business, sales, and capital plans.
  • Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and dealership benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Develop pricing and inventory strategies to support business objectives.
  • Champion exceptional customer service and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork across departments and locations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership development.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management for departmental leaders.
  • Partner with People & Culture on employee relations and workforce planning.
  • Promote and maintain a strong culture of workplace safety.
  • Present results, progress, and strategic plans to senior leadership and executive teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Join our leadership team as a Regional Operations Manager, where you'll provide strategic leadership and operational direction for our Parts and Service teams. You'll work closely with dealership leaders to drive profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development across multiple locations.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a senior operational management role
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial results
  • Proven experience leading multiple teams and departments
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Experience developing and achieving operational and financial objectives
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel
  • Ability to build relationships with employees, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Availability and willingness to travel regularly
  • Valid class 5 driver's license is required
  • Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Please note: This position will be based out of our Winnipeg, MB location and will require regular travel throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
