Role: Marketing Manager – Dealer Growth and Partnerships

Status: Permanent, Full-Time

Reports to: Director, Business Development and Marketing

Location: Markham

Summary:

As we launch our new dealer program, we seek a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive engagement, growth, and success. This role offers the opportunity to impact the industry by helping HVAC partners grow their businesses and positioning Enercare as the preferred brand in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Execute Strategies – Lead the national launch and promotion of our new dealer program, including designing, writing, and implementing marketing initiatives such as client and customer engagement programs, lead generation, product launches, brand building, digital campaigns, events, trade advertising, and sales promotions.
  • Build Strong Partnerships – Foster relationships with dealers and create compelling campaigns to attract and retain partners.
  • Collaboration Across Teams – Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Market Insights – Regularly assess market conditions to provide strategic insights for stakeholders.
  • Strategy Optimization – Continuously refine marketing strategies based on market trends and program performance.
  • Agency Management – Manage relationships with marketing agencies and oversee budgets to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of programs.
  • Metrics & ROI – Set program goals, measure success, and conduct post-project ROI analyses to inform ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably within the HVAC industry or dealer-focused environments.
  • Experience: Strong preference for B2B experience or a background with technical products and services.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop impactful campaigns, manage complex projects, and utilize digital marketing, content creation, and CRM tools.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage teams and partners and drive results.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments.
