Job Summary
Cape Breton University and Dalhousie Faculty of Medicine collaborate through the Cape Breton Medical Campus to support medical education, while also coordinating training, student support, and program operations across connected campuses. Reporting to the Director of Distributed Medical Education, the Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing residency programs, clerkships, and undergraduate, postgraduate, and MPAS learner activities within the region.

The successful applicant will primarily work remotely from within Nova Scotia. Occasional in-person attendance at South Shore Regional Hospital, Valley Regional Hospital, and Yarmouth Regional Hospital will be required to meet operational needs. The successful applicant will also be required to work outside standard business hours, to travel within the region, and to meet location-based work requirements.
