Job Scope:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position oversees HR operations across multiple locations within a designated region while leading a team of local Human Resources Business Partners. Working closely with site management teams, the successful candidate will guide HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices, while driving initiatives to foster employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Human Resources Business Partners across multiple locations, ensuring effective execution of HR strategies.
  • Provide support, insights, and advice on employee relations and HR initiatives, promoting positive stakeholder relations.
  • Oversee Employee Relationships Committee at respective sites.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Participate in talent acquisition for management roles and above.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations across all locations.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR to analyze and promote competitive compensation structures.
  • Review HR metrics such as turnover and engagement, providing insights for improvement.
  • Enhance employee communication opportunities.
  • Support local events and CSR initiatives, including fundraising and holiday celebrations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a multi-location or regional HR management role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS, talent management systems, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region as required, with onsite presence 5 days a week.
