Job summary

A leading global food service company is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Calgary, Canada. Reporting to the Managing Director North, you will focus on executing Lean Manufacturing initiatives across multiple locations. Responsibilities include enhancing process optimization and data analysis, along with training staff in Lean practices. The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Engineering and at least four years of relevant experience. Competitive salary range is between $95,000.00 and $105,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or related experience as an Industrial Engineer.
• Experience analyzing operations, cost drivers, and material flows.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Execute improvement initiatives leveraging Lean Six Sigma for process optimization.
• Define and execute the overall Continuous Improvement roadmap.
• Train Lean manufacturing and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
