Job summary

A leading EPS manufacturing company in Montreal seeks a Production Systems Manager to enhance production processes and support operations through industrial engineering principles and data analysis. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical plant operations an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction).
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
