This includes leading business reviews, performance and assortment discussions, forecasting alignment, purchase order coordination, issue resolution, and supply risk mitigation.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with a preferred location of Winnipeg, Regina, or Saskatoon. Candidates based elsewhere in Manitoba or Saskatchewan will also be considered.

  • Manage provincial listing opportunities and submissions with Manitoba and Saskatchewan distributors, including new item set-up, assortment recommendations, launch timing, delisting risk, and follow-up with distributor contacts.
  • Own provincial forecast accuracy for Manitoba and Saskatchewan by building and maintaining SKU- and market-level forecasts that reflect distributor demand, retailer pull-through, promotional activity, seasonality, launch plans, and supply constraints.
  • Manage purchase order timing, quantities, accuracy, shipment coordination, issue resolution, and communication of supply or service risks with Manitoba and Saskatchewan provincial distributors.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, market activations, quarterly business reviews, Brand Ambassador activity, and cross-functional follow-up to ensure execution aligns with commercial commitments and delivers measurable ROI.

Capabilities
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, manage key account strategy, and execute against revenue, distribution, and profitability objectives.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Leadership, Regional Sales, BECs, Brand Ambassadors, Marketing, Brand Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Analytics.
  • Ability to coach Brand Ambassadors and BECs during market visits, coaching days, and account activations to improve execution quality and field effectiveness.
  • Organization, ownership, and communication skills to manage distributor relationships, field priorities, launch timelines, forecast alignment, and issue resolution across multiple Western markets.
