Job summary

Cencora is seeking a District Manager to oversee a remote team of Field Case Managers and Wellness Case Managers in a Canadian region. You will ensure patient access to drug therapies while managing enrollments, KPIs, and program compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in healthcare program management, strong project leadership, and bilingual capability in French and English (Quebec required). Expect field travel and cross-functional collaboration with management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Health professional background is an asset.
• 5+ years of people management or clinical program management experience in healthcare.
• CCPE certification is an asset.
• Experience with patient support program management is an asset.
• Familiarity with private and public reimbursement environments is an asset.
• Ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and challenges with customers and team members.
• Ability to coach field teams to promote program services.

Responsibilities

• Account management and identify enrollment growth opportunities.
• Act as program champion with key stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor field team members.
• Collaborate with Commercial DMs to maximize program opportunities.
• Lead and align team with mission and goals.
• Identify skills needed for projects and match with talent.
• Improve competencies with Training Managers.
• Provide feedback on program enhancements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and legislation.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing and hiring for vacancies.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage professional development.
• Spend significant time in the field with remote teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure customer experience and compliance.
• Utilize CRM and reports to train and coach teams.
• Approve purchases and budget-related expenses.
