Pay Range

This range is provided by Goliath Grower Services. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Work in a designated region to merchandise plant programs in large retailers on a contact basis in Windsor region.
• Locate incoming orders, ensure placement on sales floor, manage inventory, pricing, and maintenance of items in retail locations within your area.
• Start consistently by 8am on Mon, Thurs, and Sat every week; additional days and holiday hours are a plus.

Candidate Requirements

• Enjoy working flexible schedules across various programs and projects during different times of the year.
• Ability to bend, lift, push, and pull items weighing 20-50lbs during shifts.
• Ability to work independently and possess floral or plant maintenance knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills, personable, and able to build relationships.
• Quick learner, able to multitask, and efficient in time management.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, merchandising or retail experience.
• Access to a cell phone with data for online reporting is required.
