Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of management experience in financing/leasing within the industry or equipment/manufacturing-related financing.
• Strong knowledge of international financing, leasing processes, and post-financing/lease management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic objectives, key initiatives, and roadmaps for the financing business in the assigned region.
• Lead establishment of local entities in compliance with legal, tax, regulatory, and registration requirements.
• Coordinate IT and policy implementations to enable end-to-end online processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide strategic recommendations to the Chairman.
