Avenir Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily operations across Atlantic Canada, ensuring safe, reliable propane service. You will lead field teams, coordinate scheduling, and drive customer satisfaction while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Travel between branches in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island is required; you’ll report to the management team and influence efficiency, compliance, and service quality across the region.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, delivery operations, HVAC service, or logistics management, with energy or propane exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with frontline staff supervision experience.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, TDG, and fleet operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Proficiency with computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to frontline staff.
• Manage scheduling, vacation planning, and route adjustments to meet customer demand.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate service to customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and service teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with fleet standards.
