Job summary

This role provides leadership, scheduling, coaching, and support to front line staff while ensuring safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies are followed. This position requires regular travel between branches across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island, and collaboration with dispatch, customer service,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in transportation, delivery ops, HVAC service or logistics management (energy/propane asset)
• Strong leadership with frontline staff experience
• Solid safety regs knowledge: TDG, OH&S, fleet ops
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making
• Gasfitter 1 certification
• Valid driver’s license; frequent travel across Atlantic Canada

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to front-line team, fostering safety-first environment
• Oversee scheduling, vacations, and route adjustments to meet customer needs
• Review, approve, and monitor delivery logs, route efficiency, fuel usage, and service levels
• Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and service teams to resolve issues
• Ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with fleet standards
• Travel regularly to branches across Atlantic Canada to support operations
