Job summary

Imperial is actively seeking an experienced recruiter to join our global recruiting team. The role focuses on translating business strategy into high-value talent acquisition outcomes across multiple functions and regions.

You will build understanding of business needs, develop competitive EVP, and lead transformative recruitment initiatives while maintaining a strong candidate experience and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions.
  • Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize.
  • A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles; lead intake meetings and validate requisitions.
  • Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high-quality shortlists.
  • Provide market insights (e.g., talent trends, compensation benchmarks) to inform hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do
