Job summary
Northern Health is seeking a Regional Director to lead the integration and optimization of virtual health services across the health authority. You will report to the Vice President, Digital Health, and CIO, driving strategic initiatives and coordinating with clinical leadership to advance Virtual Care adoption.

Qualifications
- Master's degree plus 10 years of progressive senior management experience, preferably in health care or a complex human services setting.
- ITIL, project and change management training and experience are assets.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in transforming health systems through the integration and optimization of virtual service technology.
- Lead strategic planning, implementation and leadership of virtual health services.
- Oversee design, build, testing, sourcing/selection, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of core and new applications and related solutions.
