Job summary

Harbour West Consulting + RCCbc is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Real-Time Virtual Support Program (RTVS) in British Columbia. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and sets strategy, directs operations, and ensures the program delivers high-quality, equitable access to virtual physician and specialist support for rural, remote, and Indigenous communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in medicine, nursing, health administration, public health or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively senior leadership experience in health care.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex programs.
• Equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set program direction and operating agenda for RTVS across BC.
• Lead the RTVS leadership team, oversee performance, budgets, and partnerships.
• Align RCCbc priorities with regional health system goals and deliver impacts.
• Engage with clinical and community partners to ensure accessible rural health support.
