Qualifications

We’re growing! And looking for passionate, driven and energetic candidates to join our team for the position of Regional Director of Residential Operations in Kelowna, BC .

Compensation : Starting at $90,000.00 annually plus bonus.

Job Description :

Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and evolving environment? As the successful candidate you would oversee multiple territories and be responsible for all properties and associated staff for those regions while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

What we look for :

  • Extensive experience (5 to 7 years as a Supervisor) with all aspects of property management and a sense of humour.
  • Possess strong knowledge of relevantResidential Tenancy Actsguidelines and processes (to keep us out of trouble!).
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation, i.e. ESA, OHSA and its regulations, Workers compensation boards, Human Rights, etc.
  • Able to read and understand financial statements, as demonstrate good understanding of fiscal management, and be accountable for the financial success of the regions you oversee. With this job, you gotta love numbers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills while remaining detail oriented.
  • Able to be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public.
  • Capable of operating under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule and travel across Canada.
