Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead GARAGE and DYNAMITE stores across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. You will mentor District Managers to hit sales and efficiency targets while upholding brand standards and customer service across the territory.

You will partner with Head Office to share market insights for merchandising, planning, allocation, and visual presentation decisions, and you will oversee talent development within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the retail industry, including 6+ years managing multiple districts.
• Strong business acumen in retail, market trends, profit performance and budget management.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills; bilingual (French & English) required for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mobilize District Managers to achieve sales and KPI targets across the territory.
• Develop sales strategies and business plans to meet company goals.
• Review quarterly business plans with District Managers and conduct market visits.
• Uphold brand selling guidelines and exceptional customer service standards.
• Monitor wages, shrink, and operating expenses to maximize profitability.
• Oversee territory performance and provide insights to Head Office.
