Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) for Retirement to lead a group of retirement homes in British Columbia. You will report to the National Vice President, Operations, and drive financial, operational and team performance to fulfill Sienna’s vision of quality and service.
The role requires 3-5 years of leadership experience in health or related sectors, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style to engage multiple stakeholders.
