Job summary

Anytime Dental in Southern Ontario is growing and seeking experienced Regional Directors to oversee a portfolio of clinics. You’ll coach Clinic Managers, collaborate with Doctors and Support Office, and drive sustainable growth across multiple locations.

You’ll build leaders, manage KPIs, budgets, and operational reporting, translate data into clear priorities, and foster strong team cultures while ensuring patient access and high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within the dental industry.
• Experience leading multiple clinics, locations or operational teams.
• Strong track record of coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Experience leading through KPIs, budgets and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of clinics while working with Clinic Managers, Doctors and Support Office partners.
• Strengthen teams, improve performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Develop leaders who know their businesses, teams and can turn opportunities into action.
• Coach leaders through challenges, build confidence and accountability for results.
• Drive performance across production, collections, scheduling, treatment acceptance, hygiene optimization, patient retention and profitability.
