Provides a superior level of customer service and portfolio management in lending services for all existing and potential clients and in support of a team of specialists and relationship managers. Provides technical expertise for proactive credit analysis, structuring, decisions, and portfolio monitoring. Applies lending expertise to a lending and deposit portfolio of accounts or part of the lending process (e.g., underwriting, funding, monitoring).

- Mitigate risks and make credit decisions aligned with policies.
- Participate in audits and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Manage data and generate reports for performance monitoring and strategic insights.
- Lead initiatives to adapt to market trends and implement organizational changes.
Qualifications:
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge of personal and commercial credit products and risk management.
- Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with high net worth clients.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
Salary:
$84,000.00 - $156,000.00
