Job summary

Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie, ON seeks a Regional Manager, Digital Strategy and Partnerships to advance regional digital health strategies, governance, and vendor management. You will coordinate across hospitals, Ontario Health, and partners to build sustainable operating models and expand shared services.

The role focuses on governance, business development, contract oversight, and regional strategic alignment to drive digital health maturity in the Central Region LDG.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, digital health, or related field.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Experience with contracts, service agreements, funding agreements, and vendor relationships.
• Experience working with governance committees and regional health system partners.
• Experience in portfolio, program, or governance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regional digital health strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee LDG governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships across member hospitals and partners.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, vendor agreements, and funding arrangements.
• Identify opportunities for regional growth, shared services, and multi-organizational expansion.
• Monitor portfolio progress, risks, benefits realization, and performance metrics.
