Drives sales results for designated products sold through internal BMO channels by enhancing BMO employees' product knowledge and customer needs conversations to provide optimal solutions. Provides training and coaching to improve sales and channel performance. Supports national and regional programs to promote business growth. Shares insights about products, processes, and client experiences for continuous market improvement.
This role requires 2-3 days per week onsite in a branch and occasional regional travel.
Salary range: $68,000 - $126,000, salaried, with potential performance incentives and benefits. Details at Total Rewards.
